Guys I cancelled my tri i3 order, its been more than 10 days and they still hadn't shipped, and they weren't communicating as to why that was the case. I have instead decided to replace it with the y**y** st7. Will take some time to ship as well but more intriguing I think.

Most portable balanced setup

The silver cable has a nice supple feel to it. It feels a bit rough around the edges as it doesn't have the notch you so can only put it in one direction and the pins seem to be a bit too close on mines. I forced them in but now the pins are bent apart slightly.

A lot of people had noticed problems with strange treble energy, poor sound staging and general out of phase sound with their first units. The replacements fix all that. Try out both and keep the one you like.

They are a heck of a lot better

Out of phase I think.II swapped the pins of the right unit but wasn't fully fixed. Felt like slight channel imbalance.

Much better, doesn't have the strange treble, treble is now delicate and shimmery, vocals are airy, maybe a bit on the cold side. Mids are a bit recessed on some of the filters but oranges seem decent. Bass is too boomy on some filters, needs a bit of time to settle and maybe new filters...

The dots should be facing to the front of the iem I think, sounds muffled in reverse.

No and by shells I mean the item without nozzles or tips, just the main unit
