I'm seeing a lot of photos of the M11 using the 4.4mm port. I've been using the standard 3.5mm port so I am wondering what the 4.4mm one offers over the standard

Took delivery of a M11 on Monday. Loving it so far. Much snappier to use than the X5III and has a much better wifi so I can actually use Spotify on it instead of my phone saving battery on the latter

I really like the new Fiio music app. The interface is much improved, the artist sorting is how it should be and scrolling is silky smooth. Good work Fiio

How do people use Neutron? I tried it but found the UI to be horrific

I'm all in with Linux these days. No Win 10 spyware for me. That's another reason I love Fiio DAPs. I don't have to faff around with proprietary god awful management applications (looking at you Itunes). Just plug it in, drag and drop my music, and enjoy.

  I tried to get various players from the Play Store working with the two SD cards and failed. I think part of the problem is that these apps are made with phones in mind which only have one card slot.   In the end I gave up on Rocket player and used Hibymusic app. It sounds great, sees both...

  I usually use the Fiio app for folder browsing but I like trying 3rd party apps too. Poweramp and Neutron don't do it for me though

So I've had the X5 3rd gen for over a week now and I love this little bugger. I'm a folder browser so I haven't experienced any of the library sync issues that others are experiencing. I hot swap mSD cards regularly and haven't experience any issues. I have Google Play music and Bandcamp set up...

I think my 1st gen X5 sensed that I had ordered the 3rd gen because the bugger died on me this weekend. I had a lovely wake for it :(

Bluetooth is definitely useful for the car, it's the one thing I miss with my X5. Yes, you will never get top quality audio but you are not going to get that in a car anyway.

Do any of you get funny looks when you take your rigs out at work?  I know if I took out a double amped stack at work people would look at me funny.

All those points sound good and I just have one thing to add.............   ...........NOT Android based. I like my portable DAP to be a portable DAP and have no use for other apps etc.
