Unfortunately I am a small custom builder of the best Audio equipment in the world but I just don't have the financial resources to market like the very large competitors. That is why word of mouth is so important. If my buyers don't spread the word it just doesn't get out there.

Nobody in the world currently is making 6AS7 tubes to my knowledge so it has to be NOS.

The V8 ships with mostly NOS Svetlana AS7s and TAD 12AU7s right now. For a slightly more colored, tubey sound you can tube roll the 12AU7s to 12AY7 tubes.

The V8s are unbalanced designs and so the 1/4" plug would be the recommended connection.

I was on the road for 19 days travelling to Florida and back. Wasn't able to build any V8s while gone. I have built 4 V8s this week so there should be some impressions starting to come through soon.

This is what is playing right now at the Florida Show. V8 Level II and Headtrip III Level III through a Gruve Level III. Honestly the best tube Headphone sound I have ever experienced. Maybe someone will visit me at the show and post impressions afterwards.
