Earwax or moisture?

They really should lowet The price of The ie80's. Its current price is completely ridiculous for what you get.thats how they should improve it imo.

WoT incoming, lots of rambling and not a lot of structure:   I ordered a bunch of filters/dampers from mouser for my 535's! I bought 330 ohms (supposedly makes them sound exactly like the 535 limited edition, more cold and detailed sound), 680 (should be same as original), 1000 ohm, 2200 ohm...

Could it have to do with your currency?    I remember when the dollar was down at 6 SEK per dollar (at 8.23 now), holy cow things from the us was so cheap, almost half the normal price as it is usually a little under x10 in value.

My tip (huehue,pun) is to use the triple flanges. At first i also thought they were crazy uncomfortable, but it seemed like they softenee up anf now they are the most comfortable and best sounding tips for me. Also learning how to best fit themprobably helps a lot with comfort, and try sucking...

I recently bought the shure 535's but i really want to buy a pair of dunu 2000 or 2000j's. The only thing that makes me doubt is the design of the actual phone, for a good sounding phone i want to insert it nice and deep to get good isolation and i also want it to stay in firmly. The dunu's...

Im pretty sure that the official shure remote cable is supposed to be worn under the ear, not over. Cus it fits perfectly under ear, but over ear its a completely dumb fit. Kinda sucks because if i use under ear it gets pulled and it has some weight so its not comfortable. An over ear cable...

I wouldnt worry about it, if anythings gonna hurt your hearing its somwthing harsh and mid heavy like shures, low frequencies wont hurt your ears the same way.

That last part really worries me, i like high isolation and deep insertion so the looks of th dunus worry me. And playing them at low volume with this low isolation/shallow fit from the looka of it might be a problem

How much more would you pay to get the 2000j's instead of the old 2000's?

wax is also produced for other reasons.   Also, the ie80's don play very loud compared to my shure 535's, i have to run the shures way lower and they feel like the volume is higher. I assume this is because the shures are high in the mids, with the ie80's the low freq are the most powerful...

The price of the zx2 almost gave me a heart attack. Over 1000 bucks for a mp3 player that looks like it came out 10 yeara ago.
