Sorry, I perhaps didn't make myself clear. There are some people who have stated that having the EQ on Flat is preferable to no EQ. I just wanted to confirm what they meant my 'Flat', is it a flat line along the middle of the EQ settings (i.e. along 0.0)?

Yes, I knew SACD wouldn't work. You can of course play the CD layers on hybrid SACDs through an Oppo to the Hugo. It's just frustrating that the other hi res formats are being down sampled as well. Mind you, it still sounds good!

Well, I just tried a USB stick into the Oppo and the 96KHz tracks played perfectly through the Hugo (Green Light) but the 192KHz didn't work at all. It must be a limitation in the optical cable as I've checked the settings on the Oppo and I'm pretty sure they're correct.
