That was what I read as well but apparently it doesn't work that way when I pair the 80 ohms adapter with my DT600 unless mine is a faulty pair. When paired with the impedance adapter, the whole imaging gets clean up and becomes a lot more clearer. Feels a bit like going from 480p to 1080p but...

With impedance adapter it is way better. Without the adapter, the bass is like bloated especially if it is on my MacBook Air. Out of my iPhone 11 w/ dongle it is not as bassy. But this is so weird, it is pretty rare for any manufacturer to ship with an impedance adapter. The iems should sound ok...

My DT600 is in. And it comes with an 80 ohm impedance adapter. Goodness, it's such a mixed bag of impressions with and without the impedance adapter and then with different sources.

At least the initial impression is off to a good start. I blind bought it, it need not to be a giant slayer. As long as it punches slightly above its price point and I will be happy. I am coming from the Fiio FA1.

The product page at their offical store did not mention the brand of armatures used, I would think it is some custom BA of some sort though.

Anyone heard the two driver Crystal Pearl yet? I just heard the one BA Fiio FA1 and was very impressed for its given price except for the bass quantity. Was wondering if the Crystal Pearl is like the FA1 but with more bass.

What's roughly the price of the higher end models as well as the sound signature?

Yes...E1 Personal Audio SG is from Singapore...therefore the price would be in SGD. Much like how if I visit any website whose store is based in USA I would assume the prices are in USD...
