Just curious if anyone else has experienced this. I am using the Bitfrost going to the Asgard 2. I hear a noise once the relay kicks in. Just before a song on right after when the music is low or zero. Sounds like a 1k sound. If I plug a Modi in place of the Bitfrost, it is silent. Thoughts?

I am using an iMac (mid-2011). When I have the USB hooked up to my Schiit Bitfrost or my Schiit Modi (then to my Lyr), I hear a noise that sounds like water splashing. I disconnect the USB cable and the noise goes away. The noise can very with the movement of my mouse (Logitech USB transmitter)...

I listen to most of my music through my computer. I have a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium HD soundcard. Not sure if buying a DAC is needed or would improve the sound of the music much more. I like the sound now. Any opinions?
