I think it is quite harsh to charge someone a cancellation fee when delivery of product is very late and there have been numerous delays on the supply end. I am going to keep mine as I like the sound a lot and I'm sure the flaws will be completely sorted out in due course. At this point I am keeping the faith as I believe that the EB crew will live up to expectations, at this point anyway.

Not sure what the front screen material is but it would be nice if it were Gorilla glass. As far as the cracking is concerned, I certainly hope this issue is resolved.
