Hello everyone,   I am in the market for a good pair of closed back cans for my work setup and have thus far managed to bring it down to these 4 options. The options are pretty damn varied both in price and sound signature. I am willing to invest what's necessary to have a great work setup...

I will look into EQing them to see how they feel   What about the treble on these cans? Is it as ear piercing as some make it out to be? As stated in the OP, I enjoy Nightwish (especially the older stuff with Tarja which is a Soprano vocalist). Will it make my ears bleed? :)

But thats exactly my problem. I want the right headphones and I have the opportunity to return mine for a refund before I open them. The more I read about them, the more I feel like they might not be the best for for me as a first and only pair of headphones.
