  Our headphones pair very well with the HA-1. The magical secret to not blowing the headphone drivers is to turn the volume down. 3 W output into a 32 Ohm load is the maximum power output - that doesn't mean you would actually want or need to use that much power, though.

Quick update regarding the PM-2 loaner program:   We ended up losing one of the headphones in transit, so there was a bit of delay. A replacement unit has already been sent out, so the program should start moving along again shortly.

  Heh. I can't help but wonder if you have the cable connected incorrectly. If you are using the 3 m cable, the connector with the OPPO logo on it will plug into your source device or amp, and the thinner connector on the other end will connect into the headphones. You should hear the cable...

Someone sent us an email earlier today to share that he'd found a suitable hard shell case for his HA-2.   Not too shabby, and it's cheap: Link.

It's because units 1 and 6 were the original two units in the program, so they've already made it through more people. Units 2-5, 7, and 8 were added a few weeks later, and they haven't made it through quite as many people yet.   Everything is moving along nicely, actually.
