I'm looking for headphones with deep sub bass and clear highs. I don't wan't a smiley eq'd sound just something that projects the deep bass well without sacrificing mids and treble.

Thanks.  I really appreciate that.  I looked all over the net and ebay, but to no avail. Those old headphones have been part of half my life.  They still have more to give.  I would hate to throw them away because I could not find pads.
