Hello everyone. Decided to drop in and visit from the i5 thread! I have Finally given up on my cayin i5 and have returned it to amazon. So need something to replace it. This is very tempting as i really would've loved the i5 if it wasn't for the constant crashes. So the million dollar questions...

Can i ask you guys if it is normal for the unit to crash two or three times when it has just started up or been idle for a while? Because this is what is happening to me.

after getting angry and pressing all the buttons and basically manhandling it started working. but it get very warm is this normal?

well my brand new i5 arrived today and it's not working! I turn it on select the language and timezone and the it says commencing experience and nothing happens!

Well i've ordered the i5. Do you guys have any advice regarding firmware and the problems with the latest version.?

It does help thanks. I am starting to lean towards i5 as a result. So long as it has an SD card slot I'm satisfied as it does have a little built in capacity. In regards the the bluetooth issues, do you happen to know anything about that?

I cannot update the firmware unless I take the card in slot one out of the slot and only leave the card in slot 2. Is this normal? It took me numerous factory resets and wiping and re-formatting the card in slot 2. I have a 32GB card in slot 2 and 128 in slot 1.

I didn't even recognise the folder, and the folder had nearly 16gb of music as I had transferred everything that is on my 16gb card to the 64gb card via the card reader.
