Some more info here (but it's about the Ps2000e 12 conductor cable): I changed the cable on mine from 1/4 to 4pin XLR. I remember a few tips for you. 1: all Grado�s have 4, 8 or 12 wires running all the way between driver and connector. 2: all Grado wires are colour coded, there are 3 colours...

That is correct. I always use my Grado schema whenever I need to solder a Grado hp!

Last week I bought an Audiolab 6000cdt cd-transport. https://www.bol.com/be/nl/prijsoverzicht/audiolab-6000cdt-cd-speler-zilver/9200000107691193/?filter=new&sort=price&sortOrder=asc A cdt does not have a dac. If you have another dac (with optical/coaxial input) then you can use a cd-transport.

No need for sorry. For the Ps2000e it's good. It's more comfortable. How could I have not figured it out that I was using the wrong headband 😁 I don't know about the smaller headbands.

The GS3000x along with a new cd-transport arrived. The sound coming from the GS3000x is a nice alternative to the Ps2000e.

Yesterday, I listened to Interstellar on vinyl (with a Grado hp) before going to bed and it really relaxed me a lot. I love the movie as well. It's science fiction but it's a good story.

I decided to buy a cd transport as I still have a nice reggae cd collection. And I am planning to buy some more non-reggae cd's I used to have a Cambridge cxc transport back in 2018.

I prefer listening to music inside my home. When I go outside I prefer to listen to the birds and I like to visit forests, parcs and calm places. And I do not recommend riding a bike with earplugs/headphones. I am also trying to live healthy (blueprint protocol - longevity) to try to stay young...
