Cheapest 2.0/2.1 computer speakers that can be said to be 'decent'?

FYI, I would not consider the Promedia 2.1's to be 'decent', not because of their absolute quality, but because they are not remotely optimized for pleasant music listening and would require a ****load of equalization.  I am going from a (broken...) set of M-200's here.  I just want something...

Cheapest 2.0/2.1 computer speakers that can be said to be 'decent'?

Hi there, I was wondering where one could get, from a currently active, United States distributor that can actually be contacted, the cheapest active studio monitors or 2.0 or 2.1 multimedia speakers that could be said to be 'decent' for music listening?  And where could I get these? Sometimes I...

Current Equivalents or Upgrades to DT-770 Pro / 80 Ohm?

Yes, but I lost one of the screws that holds it together, and I don't know if there are other issues, and I'm not that handy...

Current Equivalents or Upgrades to DT-770 Pro / 80 Ohm?

So I'm not really sure about getting them repaired... Its a used set and I lost one of the screws and the foam is degrading and the part that touches the ear is a bit off color... Should I just get a new one? The repair place apparently doesn't do head touching repairs?

Current Equivalents or Upgrades to DT-770 Pro / 80 Ohm?

Hi there. I have an old set of DT-770 Pro / 80 ohm headphones. I preetttyyy much like everything about them.  Build quality, circumaural status, sound signature, fit, isolation, everything.  Buuut they got damaged, and are more than a little old, and I have nooo idea how to get them repaired...

Next step up from Xonar DG?

Won't those suffer the same stability issues re: not actually working? Ideally, if I could get a (different example of?) a Xonar DG working, I would use that...

Next step up from Xonar DG?

Uhhh, I'm going for 'minimum that is better than a xonar dg, that's PCI, that will work with a windows 7 computer'? Surely that is fairly simple?

Next step up from Xonar DG?

One I generally don't plug into the computer, it's irrelevant to this discussion, okay? It's a portable one.

Next step up from Xonar DG?

Well, I *COULD* get a pci-e card, if I also bought a normal pci wireless nic that works with windows 7, rather than use the pci-e wireless nic I have now...   And I already have a headphone amplifier.  Also, putting the sound card back in my windows xp machine with the drivers installed...

Next step up from Xonar DG?

I've done that five times, in several PCI slots... :(

Next step up from Xonar DG?

Yea, I disabled onboard and installed those drivers. It still doesn't detect my Xonar device... not even that it is plugged in or exists.  It's really weird -- my computer doesn't even think anything is plugged in AT ALL to the PCI slot...  I think it might be some sort of hardware fault.  What...

Next step up from Xonar DG?

Hi there, I have some DT770-80's, and my Xonar DG seems to have some trouble working with my new Windows 7 computer.  I game and listen to some music on my computer. If I were to upgrade sound card, what would the next step up be?

    Cheap, open, android headset recommendations?

Microphone is non-negotiable. I don't even want mention of ones without microphones.  And open is extremely strongly preferred.

    Cheap, open, android headset recommendations?

Hi there, what's a decent, cheap headset with microphone for use with an android phone, like to listen to music, directions, and do conversations in the car? <$50 US, please, and the sorts of places to get them would be great!
