    Cambridge Soundworks M80 questions

Hello! Please bear with me, I am new here.   I was given a pair of used Cambridge Soundworks M80s a few years back by my pops. I brought 'em home, and tested them out with my wicked old (still good though!) Aiwa P80/C80 amp setup (top & bottom on this...

    Grado Fan Club!

I've just gotten myself a set of Grado 225i's, and I was wondering what cables you use for yours. I kind of want to find some cotton sheathed cables, but I've had no luck so far. Any suggestions? In other news, getting some Mahogany full cups for mine. I can't wait.

I can't really say much besides that you should just keep reading about each set and make and eduacated decision about which you would like to purchase. Good luck and happy listening!

    Grado cloth headphone cable?

Very well. I shall use my headphones for a while before considering a new cable. I do plan on purchasing Mahogany full cups for mine in a few weeks. I guess I just would rather have a different headphone cable, as this one annoys me for some reason.

Headphones to buy for $130 or less

Grados are pretty loud. I have a set of Grado 225i's and they are much too loud to be used in a quit setting (I.e library) Unfortunately they let in a lot of sound, so those few times you can use them in public you will get a lot of background noise.

Bump. And I am willing to do solder work/anything else that would be required.

    Grado cloth headphone cable?

New guy here, go easy. I've just gotten myself some Grado 225i's, and so far I love the sound. But the design, the plastic, and most of all the cheap cable annoys me. I'm looking for a cloth (cotton sheathed) cable that would work with the Grados. If it were a 1-sided connection on these cans...
