Due to where I sit when using my headphones, remote control for me is critical and has limited my choice of amplifier considerably.  Fortunately my current amp is remote controlled. I only really need to control the volume and as I listen to a wide range music, I'd really struggle to use any amp...

I bought mine from Jordan Acoustics but they are based in little old England so of no use to you I imagine.. It was shipped from New York and took a couple of weeks to arrive - Awesome device :)
