Best headphones under $300?
"Over ear" meaning on top of ear or Supra-Aural. As opposed to what I call around ear (Circum-Aurul). Sorry it was a little confusing.- J-Lieb

Beats Audio Laptop.
READ THIS BEFORE BUYING A BEATS LAPTOP I also have a HP dv6 with beats. I bought it for the hardware and price. The speakers are loud and produce very good sound for a laptop. The beats program that is pre-installed is also good. It lets you change the EQ with a fairly wide range of sliders...- J-Lieb

Well if they documented their tune, then I could get some t50RPs and tune them to the person's specifications.- J-Lieb

Best headphones under $300?
I think the only reason that I would tune them myself is if I could do it quickly. When you say "tuning" do you mean that your changing the eq to match your taste in music? Or just tuning it for sound quality in general?- J-Lieb

Did you mod them yourself? If so, how long did it take you? Because I'd rather spend a little more and get the mad dogs if it's going to take months to perfect them. Not to mention my EQ tastes change every other day.- J-Lieb

One person said that they missed their Mad Dogs after listening to the M100s. Other than that, I can't find a good comparison because the Mad Dogs aren't mass produced.- J-Lieb

Best headphones under $300?
I have audio technica athm50s but I'm looking for something with a little more feel to it. Specifically, I want to hear every little detail in the music. I listen to almost every genre so something close to a flat eq would be preferred. Must fit around ears. $300 budget with a little flex. I was...- J-Lieb
