I can recommend the Koss Porta Pro's. They are light, they fit well (and tight), cable isn't too long and you can still hear the traffic if you don't put the volume to the maximum. I always take my Porta Pro's when I am going for a run.   I don't have any experience with the Sporta Pro's...
