I would be using the schiit lyr amp with the modi and then upgrade later to the bifrost. Look at my previous comment for the questions.

I think I will just save up more money and get the schiit lyr and modi for now. Then in the future I will probably upgrade to a big roast über when I feel the time is right.

Hi Dan, I know you own the compass 2 sabre and the he 500. Do you like this setup or would you rather have individual components? Would the sabre also sound good with the grado Sr 80i? Btw I live in the UK so shipping costs do make both the compass 2 and the modi and yulong A100 the same price.
