Got those just yesterday, i wanted to experience something completely different than my DT 770 80 ohms beyers and was recommended HD558. I just love how they sound!

Ok, i mainly listen to music from my iPhone (E11 + DT770 80ohm). I always listened to my music with my equalizier set to "off", with this setting, almost all songs were horrible to listen after like 60-70% of the volume. Also with EQ off i didnt notice that much of a bass that 80 ohm version...

Got my DT 770 80 ohms with FiiO E11 and just loved them. But there is an interesting issue - some songs bass is just ridicilous without any bass boost from the amp. Is there something worng with those songs or what? they are mp3 format with 256-320btz. Any thoughts?
