Where can I get their phone number? Yeah, the repairs have been pretty crap. They all had problems on arrival or in the first few days of receiving them back.

Is there any other way to contact them besides email? For Kieran has stopped replying to my emails. I have sent my PM4's back 3 times for repairs (all the same issue - loose connectors) and now that I have gotten them back this third time they are having a different issue.

Is anyone having issues where the cable for the earpiece comes slightly disconnected at times causing all loss of sound? It doesn't come all the way disconnected, just enough to where you have to push it back in. I will have to try with other cables later.

What is the audio track record for Trinity like? If I am not mistaken, I thought they had a good track record and made good IEMs in the past. It is fairly hard to tell though since they are still a very new company.
