I'll accept that compromise. The UI on the other hand has to be nothing short of a night and day difference. The D1's is pretty clunky, even with the patches. Less features and less responsive than the older J3 and S9 I used to have.

Once apon a time, Cowon used to think battery life was important. So far it's looking like a downgrade from my D1. Hope the UI is responsive at launch this time.

I honestly can't hear any hiss with the D with sennheiser momentum phones, so your personal mileage may vary

    It's been doing it ever since I got it late december. Both 1.03 (I think) stock firmware, and with 1.10. Yes to deleting/adding stuff. It updates the library when I change stuff.
