There is a small, circular, piece of cotton/paper in both my headphones from sony.  They're in-ear-montiors, does anyone know what these little circular pieces of paper are?  They're in the nozzle of the in-ear-portion of the headphone....?

Jim, I would just really look at buying Monster Turbines off Amazon for $4.00 USD "LESS" than the average price of Hippo VB's.  They both have similar intentions, but the turbines do it right.  And that cable/driver/casing quality difference is night-and-day between the two.

I just bought a Fiio E6 for my upcoming roadtrip.   I have an ipod touch, (4th generation)   Am I going to need to buy a separate Line-Out-Dock thingy (LOD Cable) to connect the Fiio to my ipod?  Or will the 3.5mm-to-3.5mm jack work just fine?   What's the difference? Do they both work...
