Remove the metal grill by gently pressing on it and scratch it carefully off with a small screw driver. Then stuff a little cotton in there. Not to much though. Done. No sibilance whatsoever!!! (bear in mind that with some bad recordings no mod is going to help you. no metter which headphone.)
