Yep, I already try it with my friend esw11. But the problem is the same. Comfort problem, hence I do the over ear pad mod, which is a lot more comfortable :)

I was using esw9 pad before on my es10. The sound does improve. Use it for almost two years. But the comfort thing is killing me. Now after my over the ear mod, it's very comfortable. Hours of listening and no sweat. And great sound improve too :)

A bit of trick for those who gets invalid card on p90sd   If you have used microsd or new one but kept getting invalid card when inserted, here's a solution   1. insert those card to android device, then format it 2. re insert the card to the player, it should works.     I have these...

Did it works?   If not, see if you turn off usb charging from the setting. It must turned off before connecting to the otg

Well... some peoples even buy Hifiman because of the treble roll off..   They purposely make it like that so the signal is analog like.. non fatiguing for long session.   If it is not your thing/not used to it then you'll be dissapoint

PM sent.   The upgrade includes the 802u framework for hm650 unit and apparently some pcb control that connects to the main dac and amp modul.   It seems those pcb control have improvement on power management or something hence they claim improvement of 30%

This is make up appearance upgrade from HM650 to 802u. But also says improve sound by around 30%   Pretty cheap just around 100usd without tax and shipping.   Must use agent because domestic shipping only       anyone want to try?    

By the way, HM603 has two version   With dac and without dac     You can easily see by the writing on the lower switch says DAP-USB if it is DAP/DAC version   If it is DAP only it says DAP-MUTE           PS: The pic is not mine. I sold mine already

Right now I used RHA 750 reterminated, and Havi B3 Pro1. Both has large soundstage and a little bright to compensate teac seemingly narrow sound. It has good synergy. Sound miles better than my shure 535le on it

HM650 has hybrid sound from the newer 901 sound with the 60x sound. You have elevated detailed high and soundstage, yet still have the sweet mid and touch of analog vocal like the 60x series but without the roll off treble and some might say veiled sound.
