They won't replace your IEMs if you are looking for isolation, the Grado's are way too open. They aren't that large, however.

Check for earwax. That's usually the problem when things like this happen. It sounds gross, but it's true. To get it out, try a little hydrogen peroxide (don't get any on the driver itself, though!)

I run track and cross-country. The longest I've ever run was like 13 miles (for practice). Usually I like to participate in 5K (3 mile) events. Good job on running so well without practice! For me, when I'm out of shape, I can't run well at all.
