Yuo need to plug them DIRECTLY into the soundcard in the back and not the bay I/O panel. That will fix your problem.

Go ahead and get the X-Fi Xtrememusic if your getting the 80 ohm version of the DT 770s. I know from personnel experince the X-fi is amazing. I wouldnt ever trust anything onboard on a computer for an audio source.

I was thinking of several colors for the grills. I had lime green and a dark blue set of spray cans, but I thought the Yellow would really set them off. IDK, all I gotta due is whip out the sand paper agian and re-paint if I wish.

IDK yet. I might stencil a design on the grils, but most likely ill just paint the logos with a black color and put em back on. The area around the silver knobs eeds some paint and the wings on the edges do too. There is tommorow for that!
