My improvised headphones stand, originally a guitar hanger. too lazy to put a nail on the wall

lost the English manual that came with it. what does it says about cleaning the HD800? Or should I just get some dry soft cloth and clean it gently...?    

2 questions- I have to buy matched pairs of 6S45P? when plugging 32 ohms Grado's- It's better to set the impedence to 30 or 100?

Any advice for making an improvised HD800 Stand? I hate just leaving it on the table, tried an empty beer bottle that worked fine, but it's just too dangerous :P
