  I regretted selling my Novas so I started reading about the Andromedas and it lead me here.  Andromeda is still on the "to-buy" list after new road bike.

I changed tips and the bathroomish sound sorta went away but it's still too early to judge honestly.  I could also have a faulty stock cable that was cutting in and out.  I'm using my shure cable right now and it's excellent.  

"Bathroomish" is the better way of describing it yes.  I'm letting it play through the night and hopefully it'll sound better tomorrow.

Mine came in today and out the box it's already missing a piece lol.  Anyways, first impression is the sound is really hollow, anyone else feel this way?  The vocals are forward and shallow while the background sounds are recessed.  Playing through foobar and dacmini.  

When connected to PC, does this stay charged or do I have to plug in the charge and the device slot?  It's not asynchronous, correct?

  Yes over ear will go deeper.  I wear mine overear with Shure SE846 cable and it works really well.

Loving mine so far but I can't get the fitment correct and it feels like every movement or small tug they will fly out.  Also, anyone else find them heavy?  Would Shure over ear cables be an upgrade or downgrade from JVC ones?

I was listening to it for a couple hours yesterday moving around while it's connected to my Nexus 4 and did not hear any interference.

Welp.  Just jumped on the ADA4627 hype train.  Let's see how these will pair with my 1964 V3.  The OPA627 and V3 didn't get along that well with a lot of buzzing noise especially at low volume.

Are there replacement cable without the remote?  I want this for gym use and I don't want the remote since I always have the cable under my shirt.
