W4R CABLE ISSUE HELP!
hmmm the interconnects fit rather snugly though moreover the cables are for westone IEMS ,.... what i'm real scared of is that the W4Rs could have some problem. that would be a real bugger cuz the only service center here is a 2 hour journey from my place :(- Joohunta

LOD vs. 3.5mm to 3.5mm?
your amplifier most probably didnt have a volume control -.-" i tried it with my hippo box it exploded my ears.... Amp-wise an LOD definitely does bypass the ipod/iphone's crappy internal amplifier, and thats most probably how the guys at apple designed it. I mean comeooonn please with all... -

beyerdynamic t70p thoughts
i'd recommend you to get a t70p along with a 78 ohm mini adaptor least ur getting a more powerful amp. IMO the t70p sounds way better on a portable rig (running on a d12) , though in a home hi-fi rig i noticed the bass abit lacking compared to the t70s....- Joohunta

iphone 4S sound quality
Hi guys i've recently upgraded my iphone 3GS to the 4S, and the moment i plugged them in to my Triplefi.10s/ XBA-4 , everything sounded muddy and unclear to me, unlike to my old 3GS (blew me away, sounded wayyy better than my sansa clip+ and laptop), read up a bunch of articles and it turns out...- Joohunta

Help me decide ... Ultimate Ears 700 or Bose IE2 or something else ?
iems aren't just better cos they have more drivers, it all boils down to musical preference. Single dynamic iems such as the ie8 and the sony ex1000 (in my opinion) sound much better than most dual BA models in the market....- Joohunta

Help me decide ... Ultimate Ears 700 or Bose IE2 or something else ?
bose tends to lean towards a warmer sound frequency, you might as well get your hands on them since you've auditioned them personally... as far as price is concerned do try the ue tf10s if they're still available on amazon....- Joohunta

Sony XBA-4SL review/impressions
Quote: Haha i feel the same way you do, the xba-4 sounds much "fuller" than the lighter sounding xba-3 @gaspir324 listened to bass heavy songs from LMAO, David Guetta and a bunch of coldplay and keane songs all at 320kbp/s / ALAC- Joohunta

Sony XBA-4SL review/impressions
hmmm i don't really listen to heavy metal but i played some FLAC Green Day songs....i guess there's abit more emphasis on the bass guitar but it doesn't overwhelm the entire track, the vocals seem more recessed though im guessing it depends on the source cuz i played it from my sansa clip....- Joohunta
