Has anyone compared this to the Audinst HUD MX1?

I bought the k240mkII off soundcorps ebay site for $189. Quite a bit cheaper than the price you've found. The guys at Headphonic rate the Shure above the HM5. There is a thread on the HM5 on their forums if you want more info. For $100 that Jaycar clone looks like it could be very interesting.

I'm seriously considering getting these and an E10. Only thing holding me back is that i generally like a more prominent mid and vocal and was originally looking at the FA003. These just sound like so much fun though and a good contrast to the K240mkII i have. Any thoughs?

You spent $300 modifying $100 cans. why not just spend $300 on phones you actually like? Its not like theres not a can for every style especially in that price range.

haha.... I've bought a couple of IEMs from them that were delivered quickly. Not done a preorder though. Should i be worried? If things aren't going to plan i will tell them to cancel and wait for a local supplier to get the E17 so not too worried.
