You need an office round elastic to fasten "wings" and they would be tighter. I have a same with W3000 without any problems. Fitting is perfect.

As I know, W1000X is more sparkle, bassy and mnidrange more laid back. But seems more detailed.

Boldlygo, Thank;s for your report. And also it would be intereseting to know about pair wsith Stello U3. Look at Bel Canto mLink too. There are very nice impressions on it. It is also $400 costs. I've ordered a Bel Canto uLink and wait it about after 10 days. Then may to share my experience...

I had an AP2+PP and disliked it. Sound was aggressive and bright. And I sold it soon. Now I'm searching converter which gives analog natural sound.

Which differences? MK3 have a more warm analog sound? :)

I'm already placed an order for Musical Fidelity V-Link-192. I found much very nice positive feedbacks.  Hope it will work out with my system.

How DI-V3 in comarison with AP2?    I had an AP2+PP and sold it soon. Found it too much aggressive and bright sound.   How sound a DI-V3?

Does anybody tried ALO Audio Copper 8 cable for HD800?   I just took a Q Audio for HD800 and hear that it is a worse than stock HD800 cable. Less dynamics, timbers is "lighter". And less bass.     Dan
