I find it refreshing how quickly they're accelerating their R&D over there in Grado. Makes me want to try some of their new E series. Just waiting on Headroom to get some. Been out of the game for awhile, is the 4yourears site Grado sales direct?

I must say I greatly admire everyone's efforts to convert people.  It's always been like pulling teeth for me so I gave up awhile ago.

Not to mention the fact you can add in a microSDHC card to increase the storage capacity (though at the expense of a slower load up each time you change out the music).   Decent player for the price.  I'd pick up another had I not already bought two from Woot myself.

Have you tried contacting Westone for service? If anything they might just be able to repair it for the same cost of a low end IEM. Unless of course you meant literally eaten... which begs for a story.

Zune Insider Microsoft must hate making money... but I really don't mind right now.

Supposedly it adds more stability as some people with the 3.0 firmware had resets. All I know is I have a 2 year old 1G Zune that now plays a strangely addicting space game... I don't get Microsoft's profit strategy from this device anymore... yet for now it's pretty customer friendly.
