I recently acquired a Woo Audio 3 amp. I bought it used and it came with a JAN-Philips 6922, another 6922 that isnt marked, and a JAN CAHG 6080WA power tube. What tubes do you think make the Woo really shine? I am using Senn 650's. I like the way the amp sounds but of course I am never satisfied.

I read that Belden 89259 is a good choice for making some nice interconnects. I believe the cable only has 1 conductor, which would be used for the signal, so what do you use for the ground on the interconnect? Sorry for the dumb question.

I want to make a real nice set of RCA interconnects. What wire should I use? What do they use in the $300 1 meter kind of interconnects? thanks

I amp trying to decide which CD player to purchase. I am interested in the Sherwood Newcastle CD-980T or the Onix XCD-88. The Sherwood uses 20 bit Burr-Brown dacs, and the Onix uses 24 bit Burr-Brown dacs. Do the 24 bit dacs have a better sound than the 20 bit versions?

I have a pair of Senn HD650's, and the headphone output on my 10 year old $200 TEAC receiver power's these things so cleanly I cannot believe it. I have a portable headphone amp that doesn't even touch it and far as power and sound quality goes. Does anyone know anything about the headphone...

Hi, I have a Pocket Amp v2 which I use to drive my Ety ER-4P's, and I just ordered a pair of Sennheiser HD-650's off Ebay for $290 plus shipping (I think thats a good deal for brand new NON refurbished). Will that little amp have enough power to drive these cans? Thanks.
