i've looked through every single link and i've struck out :-( i need a 200uf 100volt cap. (+-10%?) for soldering inline into some speaker cable ( this is to filter out the bass so i don't blow my speakers) so what cap should i get and where? and what kind of solder? and do i have to cover...

k. i've received the headphone amp. is this what i do? 1) plug in amp to the 'line out (optical)' as labeled on my Sony d-e999. or should i plug it into the normal headphone part? with or without esp or whatever that stuff is on? 2) plug in my mdr-f1's into the amp 3) turn both on and run...
