Is it normal for the big black SE846 box not to be able to close? I would have guess there would be some sort of magnetic catch so that it would fully close. The box lid basically comes down fully but the flap doesn't close. Just wondering if this is normal? I have the SE846s and they sound...

Ultrasone Pro900 would be the best for techno or in fact any electronica. Phenomenal bass, nice and even midrange and highs that are crystal clear without any harshness.

Ultrasone Proline or HFI-2200ULE models have phenomenal bass response. The dynamics of bass on these headphones are just amazing. Darth Beyers have more bass but it isn't as well defined as it is on the Prolines. I've heard both. The DT880 have bass, but it's a more neutral kind of bass...

I used to own the 750s and then sold them. I regret selling them. I want to get them back. The bass and low mids were in a word...phenomenal. The sound stage was so beautiful. The only thing is the upper mids were a bit sharp. But I didn't burn them in enough, so I'll give them a second chance.
