Fun (sub-$100) IEM's for iPod?
Thanks again, to everyone who replied. I think I'm going for the Monsters, because their sound signature is tailor-made for electronic and rock music. Also, they've got a durable case and lifetime warranty. $75 isn't bad either! Some other time I'll try and test the other options out...- Plongetz

Fun (sub-$100) IEM's for iPod?
Hi guys! I'm at it again, and looking to get a budget pair of good IEM's. They should be under $100, but the cheaper the better! I listen primarily to rock, hard rock and dubstep, so I'd need strong bass and an all around fun sound. They also need to be built very well, so I can be...- Plongetz

Grado Sr225i Problems?
The problem seems to be that the headphones seem to only output the "right" side of the stereo side. I don't know if that makes any sense, but it's quite annoying. Could it have to do with my el-cheapo 1/4 to 1/8 adapter bought from Radioshack?- Plongetz

Grado Sr225i Problems?
Hi everyone! I recently received my Grado's from another member here on the forums. Now that I've given them a good listen, I'm starting to think there's a problem with them. On certain songs it seems like the sound isn't being fully reproduced. For example, on the guitar solo at 1:10 of...- Plongetz

Hi everyone... I'm looking to jump into the audiophile world, and need some good phones. I want to be able to feel the guitars, and notice details never heard in my music. I listen primarily to hard rock, rock, alternative, some metal and blues. I've got around 200$ to spend...- Plongetz

Ok guys, quick question. I listen to a lot of guitar oriented music (blues, rock, alternative, some metal, some acoustic). I need a pair of cans that can make my music sound amazing (and preferrably sound decent unamped). Open or closed, I don't mind. I've got a budget of around 180$, and...- Plongetz

How necessary is an amp for Sennheiser 598's?
Many thanks to all of you! I'll best look at the amp as a future upgrade then. Ha! To think that, before discovering this forum, I was considering a pair of Studio Beats LOL- Plongetz

How necessary is an amp for Sennheiser 598's?
Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, as I'm looking for a good pair of headphones for home use. So I listen mostly to hard rock, blues, alternative, and some classical, so I've decided upon this pair of Senn's. I'm trying to not spend over 250$ on gear though, and am wondering...- Plongetz
