Thanks again, to everyone who replied. I think I'm going for the Monsters, because their sound signature is tailor-made for electronic and rock music. Also, they've got a durable case and lifetime warranty. $75 isn't bad either!    Some other time I'll try and test the other options out...

The problem seems to be that the headphones seem to only output the "right" side of the stereo side. I don't know if that makes any sense, but it's quite annoying. Could it have to do with my el-cheapo 1/4 to 1/8 adapter bought from Radioshack?
