Yeah, really interesting all this ground box testing, but very time consuming. Do you think doing the cable mod on interconnect’s between pre and power amp would be worth it? In my case it would be between dsp and active speakers.

I won’t mix AC Earth with any signal ground. When I tried the AC Earth on the ifi AC purifier, I only had that connected to the Ground box. At the moment I have 2 Ground boxes linked together, but have all signal(Analogue and Digital) connected to them. This was advised by a dealer in the UK...

I have 1 pink quartz crystal about 1 inch diameter in each ground box. Seems to be a decent balance to the sound.

@cdacosta Would you I have the 2 boxes connected together at the moment, with all the cables connected into the bigger box, giving like a star ground connection to reduce the potential difference between components.

Last night I modified my XLR cable that goes from my Dac to my DSP. This has been the biggest improvement so far and the system is so much more musical now and has much more inner detail.

The first box I pictured above weighs 3.5kg. I made this second box with 3 binding posts and a different setup inside and it weighs 6.3kg. I see internal pictures of an Entreq box with 3 binding posts joined with copper inside, so I took inspiration from that.

Has anybody compared The Nano Liquid to Mad scientist Audio Graphene contact enhancer? I use the Mad scientist stuff and find it very good. It’s much cheaper than the Nano liquid too.

This is a very good description of the effects of the ground box(s). I am only as far as a makeshift box with only Magnetite and I’m experiencing a lot of what is mentioned above, particularly the soundstage width, height, depth and 360 immersion.

I’m using AliExpress Audioquest Thunderbird xlr cables. These are very good, so I would think the speaker cables are good too.
