Really looking forward to the 2Go with Roon over Ethernet would be

Just reporting that I’ve been using the H2 in my car (iPhone>CCK>USB>H2>Aux) and it’s big step above the builtin CD player or CarPlay SQ. Makes my longer drives quite enjoyable.

Has anyone tried any vibration dampening/control widgets with the Hugo 2? Classic Stillpoints made a small difference but H2 seems to be pretty indifferent to these things.

Been playing between USB and Audiophilleo 2. The direct SPDIF connection sounds better than USB. Also compared the Allo Digione which sounded same as USB. AP gives a bit more clarity and much better bass.

Ditto. Pefect vocals, balanced treble and reference quality bass. I can't ask for anything more in a headphone. Vegan pads + felt insert and removing grills made the biggest difference. Also did the BluTak mod.

Any experience and recommendations for replacing the stock balanced cable?

Sounds like they are a definite ergonomic upgrade from HE-6 but can someone comments on sonic upgrade from a properly amped HE-6?

Bass and soundstage is better (IMO) on Burson vs. D1. It's not a huge difference and I could live with either.

Update - HA160 sounds the same as 160D. My previous experience could be chalked to the headphones being brand new and breaking in.

Around 50-60 sounds good on the D1.

Gwarmi, Thanks for your insight. I really do enjoy the spaciousness and comfort of the AKGs but, they just don't sound "rich" to my ears, you know milk vs. 2% vs. non-fat - the AKGs are the  2% when I'm craving for some ice-cream
