JH 16 VS JH 13 HELP~~
I got the JH16 when deciding between the two. I love them but, the bass is a little much sometimes. There is a bit of warmth to it that annoys me some- Azsamael

Gotta grand to spend. JH16 or better chain?
Get the JH16s if you really like bass, other than that stick with the JH13s.- Azsamael

Headphone recommendations for audiophiliac uncle?
It might help to post in the Summit-Fi forums. I do not own anything that is that expensive. The highend things I own are the LCD2, Bifrost DAC, and Lyr amp, if they can be considered highend. I love them to death. The LCD 2s are the best things I have heard. I would give you reasons why I...- Azsamael

I want some good looking headphones.
You are asking for fashion advise in a hobby oriented forum. No one can say what is "stylish" to you. Never heard the LPs. I would wait a little, save up and get something like the M80 if you like that style. Buy used from the Sale/Trade forums.- Azsamael

If I remember correctly Schiit lets you try their products for 15 days with full refund. You could try that.- Azsamael

IE8 & TRIPLE.FI.10
Get foam tips for your TF10s and they sound a lot better. At least for me they did. I love those IEMs. Haven't heard the IE8 though. The TF10s were my first foray into good IEMs. They got me addicted to good sound.- Azsamael

Me too :). On my phone I can't make out the crest of yours. Liverpool or ManU. Been a Gooner for as long as I understood football. I refuse to call it BPL.- Azsamael

The JH16 Pro Impressions Thread
Hahaha how much would you charge for it? Great idea. Does the 13s have the same bass texture and depth (I hope I am describing this right)? I might take a chance and ask them for a change. I thought BA drivers don't need burn in.- Azsamael

The JH16 Pro Impressions Thread
I recently got my JH16 when hearing some music from Spotify Premium it sounded very muddy and overly warm. Then listened to some flac converted to 320 CBR MP3, it sounded much much better. Did any of you guys notice that the JH16s had the bass and very warm notes completely putting an...- Azsamael

SE535 to JH16...thoughts and inputs needed
I just got my JH16 today. So far so good. There is a tiny part of me that thinks I should have gone with the JH13. I am a basshead, but this is a bit much for me on certain tracks. I would not call them bass light in the least bit. I wonder if I ask them, they might tone down the bass a bit and...- Azsamael

Schiit lyr for D7ks with an impedance adapter?
I have a Lyr with a D7k. There is a noise a hum or something similar. It does not bother me much but I can see how it might as it does bother me with certain tracks. I like the bass response with the Lyr.- Azsamael

Looking for waterproof IEMs for swimming
Hey guys I have been looking for some waterproof IEMs for swimming. It would also help if I could use a waterproof source with it, or else I would have to look at a waterproof case for an iTouch or something similar. I have found a few places online but have no idea about them, or even if...- Azsamael

Cypher Labs Algorhythm Solo -R and 4th Gen iPod Touch
So I just bought a CLAS R, and for some reason my 8GB iPod Touch is not working with it. It apparently charges from the CLAS R but refuses to play any songs with it. It works fine with my iPhone 5 and my iPod classic. Its only the iPod Touch that it does not play from. Any idea why that...- Azsamael

Denon AH-D7000 the ultimate basshead cans?
Best buying from someone who has good rating on head-fi. Or if you are in Canada, you should try Canuck Audio Mart. I don't know about ebay, most of my equipment is bought from these two places. Go to the "For Sale/Trade" forums here, they are an excellent source.- Azsamael

Denon AH-D7000 the ultimate basshead cans?
Yes they do sadly. But only the most popular ones really, I don't think there are fake Denons flying around. There are fake Sennheisers for sure, and there are fake beats as well. Other than that I haven't heard much of fake audio equipments. Although others might be a bit more knowledgeable...- Azsamael
