So I'm building a XLR to XLR IC. I understand that I'll be using Pins 2 & 3, and maybe leaving 1 untouched. However, if I want to provide some shielding, do I tie the shield to Pin 1? If so, only on source end, correct?

Tyll & Crew, What kinds of cases (and by which manufacturers) do you guys use to transport gear to meets and trade shows?

Any recommendations for a good, easy to use digital picture frame? I'll be using it in my office. It doesn't need all kinds of bells and whistles like audio, wireless, etc. Just nice image quality and the ability to shuffle pics randomly.
