Bought mine in December 2019 direct from Vinshine. Alvin handled the sale himself. Mine doesn't have a serial number either. Early units didn't come with serial numbers on bottom as newer units do. I recall there being a post about this somewhere.

I experienced same/similar quirk last night when trying to power off H7. Screen got stuck on TF Card Mode and would not power off. Frantically pressed and turned knobs, nothing worked, then long pressed the power button (for a good while) and it powered down. Haven't experienced it again...

It’s under “Settings” tab. You’ll have to disable/disconnect from SyncLink to access, as the settings tab is greyed out when in Sync mode.

From my experience, having “Automatically Download Cover & Lyrics” enabled, does not download album covers until an album is played. You have to play an album or song from album first, correct? Only then will it show as in your screenshots above. Edit : Just got home and tested it again.

Unless I’m missing something, the screenshots above are or can come across as misleading and does not answer the original question. Perhaps a language barrier or Zmey69 mistakenly accessed his smartphone’s MicroSD or internal storage and not that of the MicroSD card in H7 via SyncLink. Eddict...
