Thank you that's a helpful vid on how to prepair for painting! But is there anything out there showing how to disassemble the PC 360s in particular?

Greetings,   I have owned my PC 360s (similar to HD 595s, I believe) for a while now and I'm wanting to do a paint job on them, problem is I have never disassembled headphones before. Has anyone here had any experience in this matter? are there any good videos showing how to dismantle them...
