Bump, I have the exact same question. I'm actually looking to buy the K271's because I just find the 7506's too uncomfortable for my big ass ears.

I LOVE these headphones, but they're just too uncomfortable, i'd like a pair which are more like the bulkier Sennheisers out there. Please help!

Headphones which don't press against your ears as you put your head on the pillow, I miss night time listening. Noise isolation is a huge plus and I like my mids.

My Sennheiser HD650's have always felt like they need serious tweaking everywhere except for the low end, are there any amps with built in equalizers?

I'd like that slight boost in the mid-range with a flattish curve from the low-mids to the lows, I can take or leave exaggerated highs.
