Count me in! I'll be bringing my iBasso D4, my JH16's (which sadly are not very easy to share given their non-universal fit), and my Grado 325is'. I hope someone has some planar magnetic gear there, I'm very interested in hearing how the HE-6 or LCD2 sound.

That should be fine. USB power may not be the highest voltage, or cleanest source, but if you are not noticing any artifacts from it then enjoy your music!   Quote:

I baby my gear! I've just never had a laptop or cell battery last longer than a year and a half. With a fresh battery though I keep things a really long time.

How is the DAC portion? I'm looking at new phones and all oh the windows phone 7 devices use it for sound. I'm trying to gauge how good they will sound before I buy one.

Does anybody have experiences with devices using this DAC chip? How's the sound quality?
