i made the same mistake when i was considering it was an upgrade from pl30 to pl50 but apparently it was not, you shouldnt do that imo. go with m2

^ based on these comments, how could they be underrated? it looks they are overpriced for what they give depend on other beasts in this price range.

for about 150 bucks, there are great IEM's out there..gr07,dba02,ex600,fx500,re262,hf5... ue700 could be a rival of these beasts? 

around 150 bucks there are great products have different sound signatures.. it really is amazing.

i ve been considering the same question, best IEM for $150 , for about a week... i will keep checking this thread .. 

i do not recommend using foams with hje900 since phones are not capable of giving so much detail with them. im using head-direct biflange and sounds great

I decided to burn them in instead of foam mod.. i cant stand even 10 mins for this awful sibilance :( but the bass impact and details are great on them

last night, after a long time i missed to listen some jazz like bill evans,coltrane etc.. and my pl50's which are obviously not for metal music really shines with jazz.. amazing imagining,detailed sound beautiful mids and good soundstage... im really impressed for jazz performance of these...

Im sorry but i gotta start that thread since now im confused about which one i should get. now here is the deal , i could get gr8's for $125 and hje900's for $90. i listen most of time metal music (mostly death metal) and now i have one shot to get one of them which i never tried before so i...

i think its price would be lowered in future, aside from that 3 year warranty is great indeed

cks90 > m2 but im not sure genuine cks90 could be $60 its price should be higher
