How would you do it?
Looks like I wasn't clear on my intent. I already built the extension cable! It's not a great feat of engineering. I used stranded Cat5 cable and braided it between a female and male extension and then soldered it in place. Works well, but is, in my opinion, on just this side of too heavy. ...- Macphisto

Low volume in one earbud of Shure SE530s
My SE530 earbuds have been great, however, yesterday the volume cut out of the Left earbud by a drastic amount. I can barely hear anything out of it. They are out of warranty so I'm looking at 145 dollars if I want them replaced. There's a little bit of fraying on the wire as it comes out of...- Macphisto
