How does the Hifiman Edition X compare to the LCD-X's?   It seems to be a much lighter headphone but is the sound at all similar?   Not keen to move to a Stax setup considering it would mean changing over my amp etc as well

I'm relatively new here but bought and sold a few items before Head Fi switched to the new feedback system.   However I recently purchased a pair of T50p from a member and paid him via paypal as a gift (duh..)   Anyway after 8 weeks the headphones never arrived and after many PM's back...

I'm interested in getting a pair of these but has anyone done a decent comparison between it and the DT-1350 

I enjoy my DT 880 with my WA6 SE, love the comfort of the pads

I also agree I much prefer my 701's to my DT 880.   Love the air of the 701's

I'm looking at getting one of these headphones in a couple of months   I currently have 701 and DT 880 and much prefer the 701's   Based on this which one out of the LCD2 and HD800 would suit me do you think?

I have a DAC19 and am considering the NFB 12   Would I notice much of a difference between the two?   I am currently using it with a WA6 SE and some 701's

I'm also interested in the Gigawork and VALAB DAC's so would love to hear some opinions on them.
