TRRS is the style of plug

the cable on these isnt very good, since its trrs in both ends. I use an aftermarket cable with these. soundwise, these sound excelent

how does trance music sound through them? or even some nirvan

i hated those too they even look goofy and the pad ishard as a brick

any headphone with a balanced sound and a removable cable is a steal at under $100.00 :D

i mean if you cover the ports of some earbuds the hollow sound goes away. sometimes you have to superglue the bass port shut

why do some earbuds sound hollow and echoey? if i block the bass port they sound better.

I found my Fiio E3 last night. it still works :D probably going to buy another headphone amp in a month or so :D   I think it may be the cups too. they dont provide a good seal, I am going to take some measurements and get another set the same size but with a smaller earhole. the headphones...

Some inexpensive cans do have removable cables, Not sure they actually sound good, but that's subjective.

  i will say if you dont like Very bass heavy cans you wont like them. They go "out of control" and get grainy  if the players output is way underpowered. or if the player has a very bright sound signature.
