Android side is android Mango side is linux So probably some compatibility issues there. I always load on the Android side with Android File Transfer

Not sure if you are using it Android file transfer app is usually recommended to use with iBasso daps and macbook for file transfer I do it this way sometimes, for larger transfers i might use a external card reader for more ease Also i find a second party usb c cable better for file...

@RIGATIO Did you try to manually update? Did it fix the volume issue?

I think i read that reinstalling the (most recent) firmware internally (not OTA) fixed the (reverse) amp13 volume problem for someone. But i am not sure. Have a try and report back

PO/LO is gone on the DX320 (i dont know if the same is for DX300). Somehow the segice seems to detect its the tube amp which does not have a line out. The outputs are as the picture above - of two different strengths/power. (4.4mm on stock amp is more powerful). ————— Did updating...

I had a similar thing when i first got it. It didnt seem to charge much when playing and plugged in. Later on it was fine. Sorry i cannot recall if it was after i updated the firmware that it came right or whether it was after a couple of battery discharges. ——————————————- In other news i...

Did you try another cable? Some times i find even cheaper usb c cables better than others for charging and data

Have a look in the display settings amd battery settings in the main Settings and also in the Mango player I have mine set to never.
